I only remember ever eating one toffee apple. I bought it at HarbourSide on a school excursion to Cockatoo Island in year 9. I didn’t finish it. I remember sucking on the toffee on the ferry & everyone kept commenting on the redness of my lips & because we were sitting on the upper outdoor deck of the ferry, the wind blew my hair all over the sticky toffee. I never finished that toffee apple! But Esther, who also bought one did hahaha! It’s amazing how I remember the most insignificant things.

My parents never bought them for me because they said they tasted terrible :P
